We do not offer paid return labels for customers. Duties, taxes and VAT costs are not eligible to be transferred to a credit note.



  • We offer a 14 Calendar day exchange policy from the date of ordering for an exchange or credit note. This does not include final sale items.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging. Swim/Undies/Socks must be unworn with the hygiene sticker attached to be eligible for return.
  • If you have received your items as a gift and are unsure of your order number, Please contact us directly.
  • If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 2-3 business days.
  • If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • As most of our collections are limited edition releases, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.


 HALODAZE™ will be closed for the holidays from the 26th of December until the 4th of January. If you place an order or submit a return within this timeframe, please allow for an extended dispatch timeframe of 10 business days due to increased order and shipping volumes.

Please note: If you ordered a SET and wish to return only one piece, you will be responsible for the full price of the piece you keep, and will be refunded the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Legal Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Halo Daze reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Additionally, Halo Daze reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Halo Daze items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.


ALL SALE ITEMS, Bodysuits, Intimates, seamless wear, Undergarments, Swimwear, Dresses/Playsuits with Built-In Undergarments or include Undergarments, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Cosmetic Items, Bags, & all items marked on sale / clearance or promotional discount are not eligible for return.
