If you’re not obsessed with your pieces, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items within 14 days of placing your order. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days. Items may only be exchanged once; if your exchange arrives and you are still unhappy with it, you may return it for a refund or credit within 14 days of placing your order.
If you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive store credit for your return.
Please note: If you ordered a SET and wish to return only one piece, you will be responsible for the full price of the piece you keep, and will be refunded the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
Legal Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Halo Daze reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;” An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Additionally, Halo Daze reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Halo Daze items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

ALL SALE ITEMS, Bodysuits, Intimates, seamless wear, Undergarments, Swimwear, Dresses/Playsuits with Built-In Undergarments or include Undergarments, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Cosmetic Items, Bags, & all items marked on sale / clearance or promotional discount are not eligible for return.
Once we receive your exchange or return, we will have the inspection team to review the return - please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.

International orders are eligible for return only. If you’d like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order. At this time, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders.
If you ordered internationally and would like to make a return, you may ship items to our warehouse using any prepaid and trackable return method. Returns must be shipped within 21 days of the delivery of your order. Please include your order number as a reference.

Sale Deals, Black Friday + Cyber Monday orders are nonrefundable. Your item(s) may be exchanged for a different item or store credit within 10 days of placing your order.
